one of the best led that you can buy right now ,picture and color are the best very easy to use,i am very happy with my led
Amazing picture quality! July 31, 2010 TCD Although this is a very expensive TV, I have to say that it has truly an amazing picture quality. The picture clarity and quality is a bit unnerving right out of the box. I've watched High Definition LCD TV's, but the LED version is the way to go if you really want amazing picture quality. Watching Blu-Ray movies on it gives you an incredible sense of picture depth...almost 3-D like on non 3-D movies. I don't have cable or dish programming, but even the broadcast signal comes across fantastic. I hope to enjoy this TV for many years to come. The only downside I've discovered so far is the price.
Not recommmended July 19, 2010 Doyle Hirsch (Oregon) 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Pros:
1) Picture quality is excellent
2) Enuff adjustments to satisfy any videophile
3) Good remote
but
cons:
1) Built-in sound is only so-so
2) TV is attached to the stand by two flimsy screws
3) TV co-axial jack is very hard to access.
4) No built-in wi-fi for $2500
5) And most important - the panel failed after only 7 months, the fastest failure rate of any appliance I've ever owned. Samsung refused to replace the TV but went thru a repair service located over 40 miles away and told me they would replace the panel but it could take 2-3 weeks if I'm lucky. I consider this unacceptable and will no longer purchase any Samsung products.
Pretty and obsolete July 14, 2010 Jim Digriz (Phoenix, AZ USA) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
There are more than a few things that I love about this TV. The picture quality is better than any other TV I have previewed. The colors are crisp and bright. Everything is so clear it is as if you could reach into the TV and touch the landscape. HD content is amazing. The blacks are deep with a full range of grays. One thing to point out is that sometimes there is some slight motion blur. I usually only notice when something light and solid is passing over something that is dark.
The LAN port is probably hands down the best feature. Having access to downloaded or recorded media right in the TV not only saves space but makes it easy for people who may not have the technical inclination to hook up a PC access to their music, pictures and movies. I wish I would have sprung for the Wifi plug-in. The built in plug-ins are OK. I have not really used them other than to update the firmware. Speaking of, this TV is at this time out of production. It is reported as limited addition but the truth of it is that components of the LED back light technology used were very similar to patents held by a competitor. If you are are thinking about buying this TV get the new 2010+ model which has 3D and Netflix built into its apps. This TV has Blockbuster access but at 4$ a movie Redbox and HULU win out. I think with this TV it will finally be possible to ditch the content provider and become a content chooser. With the great picture I find myself fascinated with the experience. With the LAN access we defiantly enjoy a broader range of content previously unavailable.
Great t.v. July 14, 2010 Jonny Euchre (NYC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Being a chronic tight-wad, I always get buyer's remorse on big ticket items. I've owned this t.v. for 5 days, and, literally, have not stopped smiling. Whoever said you can't find happiness in consumer products didn't own this t.v.
